ICEM Global Framework Agreement with Rhodia
The ICEM signed a global agreement with Rhodia in Paris, France, on 31 January 2005. The agreement, which deals with the company’s commitment to social responsibility and dialogue with ICEM and national trade unions, was negotiated and signed with the ICEM and supported by French affiliates Fedechemie CGT-FO and Federation Chimie Energie CFDT.

 化学産業及び製薬産業は世界経済の立役者的役割を果たしている産業である。医学や医療制度の進歩、新しい反応性物質の開発、将来を志向し環境にやさしい技術の導入などが当該産業に特化した役割の枠組みを規定するキーワードである。また同時に、当該産業に担うべき責任を規定するキーワードとなっている。
ILOの推定では、世界各国の化学及び製薬産業で働いている労働者の数は1400万人である。2005年、化学産業及び製薬産業内の諸企業は合計1兆7760億ユーロの売上高を上げた。
化学産業は他のほとんどの産業と同様、世界規模でネットワーク化されている。多くの場合、以下の諸事例のように、国際労働運動の組織分割形態の前兆的兆候を提示している。
• 製薬産業の研究所は主要大学の近くに集中するようになった。特に米国東部においてこの傾向が顕在化している。
• 医薬品テストは、近年、インドで実施されるケースが急に増えてきた。インドの場合、医師の資格は他の諸国（先進諸国？）と同様のレベルであるが、テストを受ける患者に支払う報酬が少なくて済むからだ。... 記事を詳しく読む。 |
