In Madrid, Spain, on 4 November, a protocol agreement was signed that provides management recognition of the ICEM-supported Latin American/Spanish Repsol-YPF Trade Union Network. Months of dispute were brought to an end last week when workers at the Sellafield nuclear energy site in Cumbria, UK, voted to accept a pay offer.
